The pursuit of consistent value creation and respect for the trust placed in Klabin by its investors are pillars of the Company’s operations. Throughout 2025, several initiatives were carried out to strengthen dialogue with this audience. Efforts also focused on expanding the reach of channels for communication with shareholders and reinforcing the strategic messages conveyed to the market. The following are among the Company’s investor engagement and communication initiatives:

An annual event that highlights the Company’s deliveries, reinforces its strategy and fosters closer relationships with investors, analysts, banks and the press. The agenda includes presentations by senior leaders, question-and-answer sessions and opportunities for in-depth discussions.
A channel offering video content, podcasts and quarterly newsletters focused on performance, sustainability and innovation. In 2025, the Company continued the regular distribution of the Klabin Invest newsletter, increasing the frequency of communication with its registered audience. Click here to access it.

As of December 2025, the Company reached 659,000 individual investors, highlighting the importance of accessible, transparent and ongoing communication with this audience.
Risk management
Risk management is a continuous and dynamic process, subject to ongoing review and improvement. In 2025, the Company made further progress in strengthening this area through the following initiatives:

Adoption of a systemic and integrated approach to risk management, involving the Company’s various business areas;;

Development of additional indicators for risk assessment and monitoring;

Ongoing assessment of action plans, with systematic monitoring of their implementation.
Throughout 2025, the double materiality process was consolidated, with the Risk Management area playing a key role in supporting the identification, assessment and prioritization of material topics, which were already integrated into the corporate risk matrix and reported to the Company’s internal governance bodies.
