In 2025, the total number of women (direct employees) in Brazil was 4,011, while the total number of men (direct employees) was 14,123. In Argentina, the number of women (direct employees) was 23, compared with 91 men (direct employees). The age group with the highest representation among employees of both genders was 30 to 50* years old, accounting for 60% of the total workforce in Brazil and 70%* in Argentina.
