Ethical conduct and integrity
Highlights
Focused on reinforcing best practices, the Company conducts an annual Integrity Training Program, comprising a series of initiatives to train Klabin professionals. In 2025, the following activities were carried out:

Anti-Corruption Workshop: More than 1,000 employees participated in three sessions led by an external specialist. The topics addressed included relationships with public officials, and public and private corruption. Case presentations and debates were also held;

Competition Workshop: More than 1,000 employees took part in this event, which explored topics such as competition law, best practices and sharing sensitive topics;

Trade Sanctions Workshop: This event, which reached over 450 employees, addressed Klabin’s Trade Sanctions Policy and Procedure and issues related to sanctions programs in the United States and European Union, among other subjects;

Support for Labor Best Practices Workshop, held in partnership with the Company’s Legal team;

Ethics Week: In this edition, the topic addressed was “What is ethics and how does it permeate our relationships?” The activities stressed that respect is a non-negotiable value for the Company and that everyone is responsible for building a safe and ethical environment where discrimination and harassment are not tolerated.
The Company is committed to acting ethically, legally and with integrity in all its relationships. Employee practices are guided by the Code of Conduct and the Integrity Program, based on the pillars of prevention, detection, remediation and monitoring.
As part of the continuous management improvement process, some policies were reviewed or updated in 2025:

Update of the Integrity and Ombudsman Channel Policy;

Update of the Delegation of Authority Policy and Audit Policy.
An Operational Health and Safety Policy was also created.
Integrity and Ombudsman Channel
Through Klabin’s Integrity and Ombudsman Channel, any person, including employees, suppliers, customers or any other stakeholder, may safely and confidentially report situations that may represent violations of the Company’s values, the guidelines established in its Code of Conduct, internal policies or applicable legislation. People may submit allegations anonymously or choose to disclose their identity, and good-faith whistleblowers are protected against any form of retaliation.
The channel is operated by an independent third-party company and managed by Klabin’s Integrity area. It can be accessed every day of the week, at any time, in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
