Commitment to best practices and transparency

Klabin’s actions and decisions are based on corporate governance best practices, grounded in integrity, transparency, fairness and sustainability.

To ensure continued high-performance management, the succession process for the Paper Business Commercial Director position and the CFO-IRO role was announced in 2025. Under the transition, Marcos Ivo moved from finance and investor relations to lead the Paper Department and was succeeded by Gabriela Woge, who had served for the previous three years as corporate finance and investor relations director.

The transition process followed a plan coordinated by the Board of Directors and provides for support from executives who previously worked in these areas in order to strengthen knowledge management.

Klabin is a signatory to the Brazilian Association of Publicly Traded Companies (Abrasca) Self-Regulation and Best Practices Code for Listed Companies, which establishes principles, rules and recommendations to enhance corporate governance, and is included in the Level 2 corporate governance segment of the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3).
